Refund Policy

Creating and editing a project on Memria does not require a purchase. A fee applies when you buy an export through checkout:

• PNG or PDF export — $5 USD, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
• CAD export — $25 USD, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

A $5 PNG or PDF payment includes three free later PDF or PNG exports for that same project, used when the design has changed since the paid export. Those free exports do not include CAD. A $25 CAD payment includes three free later exports for PDF, PNG, and CAD on that project. Downloading or emailing the same unchanged design again does not use one of those free exports. CAD of an unchanged design still requires the $25 payment unless that payment was already made. When the free exports that a payment covers are used up and the design has changed, another export purchase is required.

Export payments are processed by Stripe. Memria does not store your full card number. The charge is for the export product shown on the checkout page at the time you pay.

A checkout that is abandoned, expires, or fails is not a completed purchase. No refund is due for a payment that was not collected.

You may request a refund of a paid export purchase by emailing info@psgranite.com from the address on your Memria account. Include the project name, the export type (PNG, PDF, or CAD), the approximate date of payment, and the reason for the request.

Memria may issue a full or partial refund of a paid export purchase. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer and is typically several business days after Stripe processes it.

When a refund is issued for an export payment:

• The refunded amount is sent back through Stripe to the original payment method.
• A full refund marks that payment as refunded. A refund of less than the remaining paid balance marks it as partially refunded. You can only be refunded up to the amount still paid on that purchase.
• Unused free export credits for that project are removed, so further changed-design exports require a new purchase.
• Files you have already downloaded or received by email are not recalled.

This Refund Policy covers Memria export checkout only. Monument fabrication, delivery, and other orders placed with PS Granite or another supplier are governed by that supplier’s terms, not by this page.

Payment and refund records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of paid exports is also governed by our Terms of Service.

If we change this Refund Policy, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
